I am a Freelance Project and Operations Lead working with cultural, charitable, and social change organisations to deliver and scale meaningful projects with clarity and care.

I deliver complex creative and social impact projects and programmes while building the operational structures that support them. Much of my work focuses on turning initial ideas and loose project plans into well-run, structured, and sustainable initiatives.

I am based in beautiful Bristol where I enjoy being a (fair-weather) outdoor swimmer, flying kites on the Downs, waving at every dog I see, and touring Bristol’s best pub gardens.
